Hello, Another device that does this is the Belkin @TV. I cannot speak to the accessibility of either, though I am planning on purchasing my wife the Belken unit. I did download the Belkin IPad app and it spoke the first screne nicely, though it only consisted of the login prompt for the device. I couldn't go past that point, since you need the hardware unit to connect to to get past that point.
