up could buy a range extender for your router. They can extend the coverage
area for your router greatly. Also, you may get better results from your
existing router by moving it to about the middle of your house or apartment and
to the highest point you can find such as on top of a grand father's clock or
tall book case. Then add the range extender. It doesn't pay to buy a cheap
extender.

Subject: getting iPhone to use your computer's internet signal

  Hello all,
I'm hoping someone might be able to recommend a way to do this. I have a
macbook pro which is able to pick up the signal from my wireless router. My
iPhone cannot see the router due to the distance. I would like to find a way to
hook my iPhone 4S to my computer via USB or bluetooth or something so that it
could share the wifi my computer is receiving. Is there any way to do that? Any
advice would be greatly appreciated.

  Friendly,
  Chris
