Hit Reply. When you do, a screen display pops up that lets you reply to sender, reply to all, and Forward to someone else, just choose what you want to do and tap twice. Then, the screen will change again, and you'll be in the "TO" field, tap it twice and begin typing the address of the person to whom you want to forward the message, or at the right, there's a button that takes you to contacts, where you can choose the person from your contacts list.
