This is a Heart Rate Transmitter which works with your I phone, I Pod Touch
and I Pod Nano. This is only useful if you are going to do a work out on

nike plus is now in the Apple Store to buy. This monitor can be used
with your phone, I Pod Touch and your I pod Nano from six to Seven.
I've already bought mine after patiently waiting as the one I had before
didn't work with my I Pod Nano.
