iBooks does not stop at the end of each page if you two-finger flick down when the text area has focus. It reads just like Nook and has always done that. It will lose focus for me on my old iPad, so I get bounced up to the top section of the app out of the text area when a page change occurs. But on the 4ß, this is much rarer, making be suspect the issue has to do with memory issues. The Nook app is better about keeping focus IMHO.
