Hi Eileen, I wouldn't exactly call this broken and this was like this for me in the version before this update. I noticed that if somebody has a mood message that the second line (after you swipe right when you are on somebody's name) only repeats the mood message, not the online status. In any case, I hadn't even noticed this before because if I am looking for a name I usually swipe so fast that Voiceover doesn't have time to read the status after the name so for me it's one swipe and I start listening to the name and if it's not what I want it's another swipe where I hear the status and so on.
Anyhow, as far as I am concerned Skype is working properly, I can do everything with respect to starting a call, switching cameras or headset/speakers, dialing numbers and so on. I suggest you let Skype know that this bothers you, maybe they'll look into it.
