Hi Bill, not very easily. I think the logic is that if you have a
keyboard you won't be using dictation. So, unless you eject, where the
onscreen keyboard is visible, then the dictation button won't be found.
Otherwise, you can always fine it left of the space on the onscreen
keyboard.
