hi Tina, If you use a Podcast app such as Downcast or iCatcher you can subscribe to Garth's iBlindTech podcasts and personally I find that listening to Podcasts on my iPhone is the best way by far to do this. I can either download or stream them, it's all rather easy and straight forward.
If you use a PC just go to the iBlindTech website, find the Podcast and right click on it, then chose "Save Target As" from the context menu. A regular Windows Save As dialogue appears and you go from there. You didn't say if you use a PC or a Mac so if it's the latter I unfortunately can't explain how you do this since I'm a PC/Windows user.
