I've got the pay for version, and really like it.
the only sometimes disappointing thing, is that some of the feeds are rather
low bit rate, so the sound quality can be a bit rubbish.

Some time ago I installed something called 5-0 Radio and at the time it
worked pretty well, no accessibility glitches to speak of. I have the free
version. There is a paid version which probably costs a couple of bucks,
maybe more, but I don't know what you get for your purchase.
