You are trying to access a secure wifi network. You will need a password
from the network owner.
It is recommended and quite common for wifi networks to be secured, as
opposed to open-access.

A friend is having a strange occurance. Her IPod can see her neighbor's
router but it doesnt see hers. We reset the network but it still doesn't
see it. She is now trying inputting the information in the "other"
section.
