Hi Kerri,

If the song is on your phone then it should sync back to you riTunes
library.
Have you tried to go to the file in the Music folder and just press enter on
it? Does that start playing the song in iTunes?
I wonder if somehow the download to the computer was corrupted. I assume we
would have downloaded the same song, on my computer the file shows the
following size if I go into the properties:
Size: 6.55 MB (6,869,588 bytes)
Size on disk: 6.55 MB (6,873,088 bytes)
If you could find the file, then before you press enter on it to see if it
plays, just press Alt+Enter, that will go into the file's properties and you
can use the Jaws cursor to find the size.

I am quite intriqued by this and would like to help you solve this, feel
free to take this off-list if you like. My email is below:

Sieghard

Subject: Re: An Update On The Itunes Problem

Hi:

Okay, thanks for all this.
But, bad news.
It's not showing up.
It's not showing up when I search.
I checked the albums list and it's not under h.
I have the column browser enabled, and songs radio button checked, and
everything.
It's not showing up anywhere, but it is in the folder.
I guess I could just go to the Itunes store, and hit buy again, and then
when it says you've already purchased this song I can hit redownload.
But, I don't understand why it is doing this. It's really annoying.
What about syncing my phone? Would that automatically put the song in my
library?
The song is on my phone; I just checked. Is there some way to add it to my
library from my phone?
ughhhh this is frustrating!!
And, yes, I just checked again. It is definitely listed under music, itunes
media.
