Hi: I've had service with both companies. I don't find thatthe voice quality is different with either. I'd staarted with Verizon aandd went to At&t because it was cheaper to use with voice and a previous phone but have come back to Verizon and have used both an IPhone 4 and now use an IPhone 5. M preference is Verizon but not for the voice quality. If you don't use minutes to much than the fact that they roll over shouldn't matter to much. Its all a metter of the differences between the features they offer and whether service is good in your area.
