The easiest here would be to bring up the About page and then take a
screenshot of the page by simultaneously pressing the Power and Home
buttons. This picture will be saved in your camera roll and you can then
access it on your computer for printing either in your Photostream folder
if
you have that set up or by connecting your iPhone and copying it over.
If you have an airprint enabled printer you could print it directly from
the
phone on a 4x6 size picture which would be easy to carry in your wallet
if
you foldet it once or twice.

I wish to save a copy of the about section of settings on an iPhone5. I
have
done this with my previous phone and then printed it but can't remember
how
I accomplished this. My reason for wanting to do this it to carry this
copy
in my wallet incase the phone is stolen. I can then advise my carrier the
information and they can block the phone.
