Hi Kyle, The easiest way whether or not you are jailbroken is still to use the "automatically add to iTunes" folder. You can dump ringtones, music etc. into that and if your tagging is reasonable it will all show up in the correct place. If you do peruse your iPhone for music you see some strange things, like a few albums I've imported now have track names like the following:
AELC.mp3 nickleback - Never Again) AHNJ.mp3 (Three Doors Down - It's Not Me" AIXA.mp3 (Three Doors Down - Right Where I Belong) ALIL.mp3 (Guns & Roses - Pretty Tied Up" This last song for example lives in iPhone folders\Administrator’s iPhone\private\var\mobile\Media\iTunes_Control\Music\F38 There is certainly some strange renaming going on under the hood.
