You may want to try and delete the app and reinstall it in case it somehow didn't download correctly. I was able to open the app just fine, keep inmind that it will always ask you to sign in with Facebook or an email address (you can create an account) or you can say "Remind me later" or something like that.
I should also mention that the app is not very accessible now that I used it a few times. It has a lot of unlabeled buttons and it would require a bit of work from the developers. I actually uninstalled the app again because I am beta testing for a couple of other apps and just don't have the time to take on another project/correspondence with developers.
