Hi, I'm Canadian and I got it yesterday and it was 99 cents. That is the reason why Raul wants us to put in the date when we post about a free app. If you read the message the next day, it still says free today when, today, was yesterday.

When I grabbed the app the day it was free I tried it and it beeped and then I saved the reading and it seemed to indicate on the result that my average heart rate was 60 at the time. It was in the morning and I had not done anything much yet after getting up so that seemed correct. Anyhow, none of the buttons which allow you to pick what kind of activity you are doing and so on seems to be labeled and I think somebody needs to contact the developer to see if they are willing to look at accessibility.
