We've done a few more descriptions. Here's the whole list so far of what we've

Move Exercises

Burpees: Do pushups on your knees, but after each one, stand up and jump once.

Explosive pushups: These are normal pushups from your knees except that you're 
supposed to clap or cross your arms after you push yourself up.
Hindu pushups: Start in downward-facing dog - balanced on your hands and feet 
with arms and legs straight and your rear in the air. Bend your arms and move 
your head down toward your hands, then forward, keeping your legs straight, 
dropping your rear so you end up in sort of a plank position. Then return to 
your starting position by bringing your head back to the starting position, 
arching your back and straightening your legs.

Hindu squats: Put your feet a little more than hip width apart. Squat down and 
return to standing, and while you do this, do arm circles.

Plank: Start by lying on your stomach with your hands palm down near your 
cheeks and your arms resting on the ground all the way to your elbows. Push up 
so that as much of your body is off the ground as you can get, but your arms 
remain in the same position with your elbows on the ground. The rest of your 
body is supposed to be as straight as possible. Hold this position.
