I paid 99 cents for it, since I've been catching up on my mail and am 
way behind.

I can't see myself doing these exercises where I work, butI like that 
it will make me get up and out of my chair every 45 minutes. My doctor 
says I'm supposed to be drinking more water, so this is a good app to 
have to remind me to ge get a glass or water. <smile>

This app, Move Daily Activity to Stay Healthy, is well named.   I got 
it for
free but would be willing to pay a small price for it if needed. I do 
like
this app and the reminder to do something every 45 minutes.  I am not

great shape (understatement) so when it says to do something too hard 
or
unknown I just do other exercises I know are good and click I did it. 
You
can also click refresh and get something else to do.  But the main 
thing is
to do something.
And I think it is important to click the I did it button.  Yesterday I 
did
something on my own when it said but did not click the button and then 
it
accused me of skipping 8 times!!  So now I do something and click I 
did it.
Really nice app.
I do like your idea about saving verbal descriptions of the exercises.
Maybe we could suggest other good ones to the developer as well.
The timers are nice, too.  Like when it says to do something for a 
minute
you can push the button for the timer.

Yeah, sorry about that. The first one I tried was a woman explaining
everything very clearly, and that's when I posted my message. I didn't
realize that all the videos are done by different people, and that 
some are
a lot more visual than others. My sighted son is going to do some of 
them
with me, so if he explains how to do one, I'll post it. If others who 
have
sighted help can do the same, we can make a collection of 
explanations, and
then send them to the developer so that maybe he can add them in a 
future
update.
