You have to set up the account on the PC by going to, I believe, www.bn.com
You buy the books on the PC, but when you launch the app, you should see the
titles that you have purchased. It is done this way because Apple doesn't
want you to buy books from the competition by using an app. It's a little
inconvenient, but no big deal, as the BN site is accessible.
