Voice Dream Reader uses Acapella voices to read the text. It comes with Heather as the default voice, but you can buy other voices for between 2 and 3 dollars. The developer is committed to keeping it VoiceOver friendly and expanding the VO accessibility. Right now you can not access the text directly with VO but that will come in the next update. You can download books directly from BookShare , if you have an account of course. You can also download from Project Gutenberg, Dropbox, web sites, and more.
