I also have this Call 911 app from Tobias Werner and have posted about in the last round of discussion about the topic of emergency calling. I would agree that it is a good choice although there are a ton of such apps out there and I'm sure there are others which would work. I do like the fact that once this app is open you can simply shake the phone to get it to call. And no, somebody asked me last time, it will not call 911 if you shake the phone unless the app is open and in the foreground. In other words, if you open the app and then press the home key and the app is still in the app switcher it will not call if you shake the phone.
