Hi there. I find it far easier to rate apps from the app store on your device. You bring up the app in question and double tap on the ratings. There will be a section there where you can add a review of your own. When you do this the first thing you have to do is sign in with your Apple ID and password. Then you need to choose a star from the picker. There are two edit fields. One for the title of your review and one for the optional text of your review. When you're done simply tap the send or done button on the upper right corner.
