Hi Shane,

I don't have my phone jailbroken and wouldn't know if, for example, you
could just browse to your ringtones folder on the phone in Windows Explorer
and delete a ringtone.
On a non-jailbroken phone the only way to get rid of a ringtone to my
knowledge is to connect to iTunes, either delete the ringtone from your
Tones library or check to sync only selected ringtones instead of all tones
and then uncheck it. After that sync your phone with iTunes and the ringtone
is gone.

Regards,
Sieghard
