Hi, Press the center button to stop or start playback. Double-tap to move to the next track or chapter. Double-tap and hold to fast forward. Triple-tap to go to the beginning of the current track or chapter, or to the previous one if you're at the very beginning of the track or chapter. Triple-tap and hold to rewind.
