Hi Folks, I would like to thank the person who suggested I turn Voiceover off, then swipe/flick my finger to the left to advance the page.
While the suggestion was correct, you have to do it at the bottom of the screen where Voiceover reads out "Page 1 of 3", turn Voiceover with the triple click home, do a single finger swipe/flick to the left, then turn Voiceover back on. At this point, you'll have access to page 2, and doing the same gesture, page 3. Again, I thank the person for the suggestion, and will pass this on to the developer so he/she can get a handle on the problem and fix it in the subsequent update.
