No the accessibility of the alarms has not been fixed. I was rather hoping that it would have been, given that VoiceOver improvements were specifically mentioned in the release notes. I would encourage you to reach out to their technical support to let them know. I would also encourage anybody trying to decide between TuneIn Pro or Ootunes to go with the latter, which continues to shine in terms of accessibility.
