Hi Debbie, The Airport Utility was completely Voiceover friendly last time I used it maybe 6 months ago. I don't think you'll have any trouble. Also keep in mind that if you simply need technical help and you just bought a new Airport Express, you can call Apple support and they tell you exactly which settings to choose.
