Unfortunately, the best one can do in your situation is to do a single
finger double tap on a number and look at the ladder theme. If it
seems like you've played it before, then double tap the back button
and hit the next number in the line.
I'm not sure if this is a bug in the game, or if sighted people
actually see titles in place of the numbers, but I'll ask my daughter
when she's got a minute and let you know.
