Yes, sliding left does show me the other continue watching shows, but when I try to double tap any of them I still wind up way down the screen. And when I try explore by touch to find the list of continue watching shows they don't seem to be on the screen, I can only get to them by swiping. Any further suggestions welcome. I am pretty sure, if you double tap and hold and slide upwards you move the categories around on the screen but not actually the shows with in that category, so be sure to slide left to do this. On my iPhone only three shows with in that category show on the screen at any one time therefore I can only start three shows at a time before I have to move the shows across. Hope this makes sense.

Double tap and hold on one of these and flick up. This should reveal more of the list and you should be able to double tap on them. For the slider that moves one to a different point in the movie: the lable is "Scrubber." When you slide to the percentage you want, you must then double tap on it to change your position in the movie. A very good podcast on the app was done for AppleVis some time ago. If you go to the web site and search for "netflix," you should find it. It was very informative and made NetFlix quite usable for me.
