Hi Anna. Actually, when I bring the notes into word, I am not even ask about how I want to translate them. However, the carriage returns are there. They, as you found, are not there in note pad. I thought I had tried them in Word before, but evidently, I had not. Sorry for the false alarm and thanks for the help.
