Hey there. Do not feel bad as we have all been in that boat at one point or another. A couple of years back I was so ready to take apart a hard drive MP3 player because it wouldn't power on after I had fully charged it two days in a row. Then I found out that all I had to do was unlock the buttons from its key safemode. Amazingly enough it powerdown without issue.
