If she is sighted, it's pretty easy for her. She can hit update and either choose to update each stuff individually or update all at once. Update all once is the fastest way if she is a girl and doesn't have patience! Like me. Haha!!! I don't have enough patience to wait for update to happen individually so I do update all. If you want to do it yourself, voiceover should tell you but I am telling you that app store with the update has been giving a lot of people trouble with vo recently including me. Thanks!! HTH!
