I had written to the developer of this app almost 2 years ago to thank him
for making his app accessible with voice over. He replied and said that he
would continue to make it so. I think that makes him a point or 2 better
then those who don't.

If I recall correctly, the app is Alarmed. It really is a wonderful app
with lots of flexibility. And, it's very VO accessible.
