I'm not familiar with these two apps. Is this copy button part of the
app, or are you using the roter and the pinch gesture to select and copy
text to the clipboard?

When you try to paste, are you in an active edit field, i.e. have you
double tapped in the edit field before trying to paste the text. I'm not
sure what it's called but in the edit option of the roter, you might
need to look for the paste option instead of the copy option.
