I use TempoPerfect which gives you enough to do 3/4 or whatever timing, and talking tuner for easy, all be it quick and.... well, dunno how perfect it is; tuning not my strong suit. But don't know anything to read scores, sorry. Interested if there's anything on tablature for Uke, banjo and the like. I gave up on the Mandolin!
