Hi Fanus and others, As Marco pointed out, this is a Canadian weather app and indeed seems to be only in the Canadian app store. For the other Canadians on the list who have not purchased the app but might be interested to know more, here is the description from the app store. Please note that the developer points out "Full accessibility support" as one of the features of the app which is nice:

I did a search in the app store but can not find the app. Regards Fanus ----- Original Message ----- From: "Sieghard Weitzel" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, March 10, 2013 11:30 AM Subject: RE: degrees new items Hi May, There are actually no new items, whatever you see there is the current temperature. For example, if it says "8 new items" it means it's either +8 or minus 8 degrees. The developer told me that unfortunately due to restrictions from Apple that is all they can display, they can't display the minus sign or the degrees symbol. Anyhow, I don't know where you live, but most of the time you probably know if it is above or below 0 unless maybe if it is 1 or 2 degree which could easily be above or below, but I still find this useful. If you don't like it you can always turn this off in the Settings. By the way, if it is 0 degrees, Voiceover will just read the app icon as Degrees, it will not say "0 new items".
