I must admit that I had a lot of trouble wit the itunes program on Windows until I listened to the two FSCasts done by Freedom Scientific for itunes and JAWS 14. If you're using JAWS 14, you might go to http://freedomscientific.com/FSCast/default.asp and listen to those. Usually files created on the IPhone are sync'd to your PC using itunes. If you're using an Apple computer, itunes is pretty accessible as I understand it. -- Jim Shaffer
