thanks Esther! I unfortunately didn't have access to any BT devices at my
presentations (Even at the Apple Store - Go figure! lol!) but BT is certainly a
better / cooler option then going wired, for audio…

Thanks,

Cara :)

Hi Anouk,

AirPlay will not stream VoiceOver. That's expressly designed that way
-- it's a feature, not a bug. However, if you pair your iPhone to
speakers via Bluetooth, you'll be able to hear VoiceOver through the
speakers. A Jambox or Big Jambox from Jawbone could handle this for
you, but if you had a room full of listeners it would probably need
the volume of the Big Jambox. (The Jambox has surprising volume for
its size, and an amazingly long battery lifetime of 10 hours fully
charged, but it's meant for ultraportable usage. The Big Jambox can
play for 15 hours, and has even louder sound.)

Demos are one of the areas where the iPad design features win out. On
all the recent models of iPad, mirroring the apps is the default mode,
unless specifically disabled by the application. You can use a 30-pin
to VGA adapter to send the signal to a projector, or for the newest
model iPads the same adapter for lightning to VGA out. The same
connectors will not work to mirror displays on the iPhone models, but
I think there may be app options for Jailbroken devices. If so, you
could use one of the 30-pin to VGA adapters on your iPhone 4.

Maybe someone else can say more here.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther
