Hi Neal, I just pressed enter on the 2 original Siri links you posted, and they work just as reliably as when you first posted them a few days ago. I used INTERNET EXPLORER 9 and IE10. INTERNET EXPLORER 8 should be the easiest to complete the download. In other words, the technical difficulties are not on your end.
