Did you ever get a response from Apple? I was about to plop down $250 for separate microphone, and then see Live Listen, but the triple click will not work for me. I have turned live listen under "hearing aid" under accessibility as well as triple click for "assistive touch" on (it was not the other 3 options) on but it keeps saying "searching" under devices. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
