Hey Jim. You should try the amazing slow downer. It's around $15 and its very accessible. I have used it for learning jazz trumpet solos. The great thing about this app is that it doesn't distort the audio at all when you slow it down. It sounds pretty natural, and the audio processing that it uses makes all of the articulations pop out of the mix very nicely.
