I'm curious about others' experience downloading apps with iTunes 11. I just went to MamaPeach's LyricWiki link in her email. On that page, there was a link to open LyricWiki in iTunes. When I clicked on that link, iTunes did in fact open but it was displaying my music library, not the iTunes Store with the LyricWiki app available for download. This has happened every time I've clicked on a link to open an app in iTunes. Each time, I have to go to the iTunes Store, select the Apps tab, search for the app of interest, and then purchase/download it. Why is there a link on an app's webpage to open it in iTunes if this doesn't work? Or if I'm missing something, I'd love to know how others do this.
