Hi Jed, I checked my settings in notifications in the settings menu on the phone. Double-tap on Zello and check if the notification alert is set to "banner." That's my setting there. Then go to "My Info" in Zello. Under status, you will find "setting." When this screen opens, make sure all is checked under vibration. Also, uncheck the checkmark (if check) under the visual header. This should do it. If not, contact me off list.
