No--it doesn't know you are the account holder. It knows who you are only if you go into the settings for Siri (in settings, general, siri, My Info) and indicate which contact is yours.
Keep in mind that you may well have to edit any dictated messages, which as David said are limited to thirty second "blocks" at a time but of course you can press the Dictate button again to dictate another thirty seconds immediately afterwards.
