hi Kolby,My name is Derek.Im having issues posting to the forum so I hope this email reaches you.Id like to hear how you make out with ur replacement.Ive had 4 now all shutting down somewhere around 12 percent and sometimes the battery fluctuates but it eventually rises again.The fluctuating only seems to severly happen when im outside for a while.Anyway let me know what happens with this device.Theyve had me do all the reboots,etc.currently the engineers are in charge and i should get some sort of closure at some point but Im not holding my breath.
