Hi Buddy. I'll answer your ring tones question, but just as a bit of
friendly advice, it's better if you post each question in separate
emails. That way your questions will grab more attention and have proper
threading and sorting for people who might look at the archives, or who
sort messages by thread.
As for the ring tones, you can email them to yourself and open them from
Windows or the Mac and they will import into iTunes directly. Or you can
copy them to the automatically add to iTunes folder and when you run
iTunes they will be added to the right place. Then later when you sync
your phone, if it's already set to sync ring tones, they should be added.
