Actually no, you need to learn the Mac commands. Even though you are use to Windows, iOS is a different operating system. It is developed by a company which is a competitor to Windows. At least Apple is giving us a complete screen reader. On the Mac, it is command c to copy, command v to paste, command shift v to move, and so forth. I do not have a bluetooth keyboard, QWERTY keyboard, so do not know if those commands precisely map to iOS, but suspect they do considering that the navigation commands are identical between Mac and iOS.
