I tried and like you, got no response for ages. But on another go, or go after that; it started talking. but still took a hwile to respond to hwat I was trying to do.
The manual didn't afaik, list all the assignments and went into the mappings section to read them. I found one, the first, said comma and an unlikely dot combination, then another said comma, and although a few other symbols did get listed, a good many didn't and comma was quoted many times over with all manner of different dot assignments. I presume something is not being read as it ought. Various combinations of dot4,5,6 gave interesting result, but would have helped if I knew what they were in advance. I'm finding getting to hit the right combinations out of 9 hotspots is working less than when we had just 6 in the other program. That aside, the range of options, when we can find them, sounds so good. I haven't found buttons for share or save yet. the save to a notes list is the most promising idea so far.
