It is true that you can do this, however if you have a keyboard then all you need to do is press the voice over with K command and it will go into a practice mode anyway no matter where you are. The voiceover key is the two keys called control and option pressed together. I cover this in my Amazon Bluetooth keyboard podcast as well.
