Hello, I have not tried ISpreadsheet out yet, but the other is not accessible. I have tried a variety of other spreadsheet aps out and have not, to date, found anything remotely accessible. I will have to look at the ISpreadsheet, to rule that one in or out as well.
I have contacted Apple on their Numbers application, their in-house spreadsheet application, and they have told me they are working on the accessibility issues with it. They would not give a date that that might be available though.
